Lead Time:

Below 20 kgs: 3-5 days
20-100 kgs : 5-10 days
above 100kgs: 15-20 days
All shipments are dispatched from China Mainland.

Packaging Type:

All packaging costs are already included in the shipping fee.
We will choose appropriate packaging type to conduct sufficient protection.
All packaging is labeled with specific information of product, order and quantity for traceability purposes.

2kgs package: self-sealed thick plastic bags;
20kgs cartons : neutral box sizes 25x20x15 cm;
100kgs pallets: international shipping plywood pallet sizes 114x80xheight cm, can hold up to 700-800kgs of goods.

Quality Control:

All shipments are provided basic shipping documents and related qc documents:
Waybill(BL), Invoice, Packing list, Dimensional report, Mill cert

We can provide more QC documents upon request:
CoC (Certificate of Conformance), CoO (certificate of origin), DoP (Declarations of Performance)

More or Less Clause

Due to differences in unit weight and weighing equipment, there may be a 3-5% fluctuation in quantity.
In order to avoid a shortage of your usage quantity, we will carry out small-scale overload during packaging.
