Screwtool Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to Screwtool (www.screwtool.com). We want to make sure you are satisfied with your industrial fasteners and hardware. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, here is our simple return and refund policy.

1. Return Time Window

  • Standard Parts: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Defects or Wrong Items: Please check your shipment immediately. Any quality issues or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return and refund, the items must meet these rules:

  • Standard Fasteners: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original complete factory packaging (box, bag, and label). We do not accept returns for open, loose, or partially used fasteners.
  • Custom & Non-Standard Parts: Parts made to your specific drawings, materials (e.g., special titanium alloys, engineering plastics), or custom surface coatings cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear quality defect.

3. Defective or Wrong Shipments (Our Mistake)

If the parts have manufacturing defects (do not match DIN/ISO/ASME standards) or we shipped the wrong items:

  • Contact our team info@shscrewtool.com with clear photos or videos of the problem within 14 days.
  • We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Screwtool will pay for all international return shipping costs.

4. Customer Error or Change of Mind (Your Mistake)

If you ordered the wrong size/specification or no longer need the parts:

  • You must pay for the shipping costs both ways (original shipping + return shipping) and any local import duties.
  • A 15% to 20% restocking fee may apply for large bulk orders to cover sorting and repackaging costs.

5. How to Get a Refund

  1. Get Authorization: Contact our customer service info@shscrewtool.com to get a correct return warehouse address. We do not accept returns sent without informing.
  2. Inspection: Ship the package and send us the tracking number. Once received, our team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days.
  3. Refund: If the items pass inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer) within 7 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Standard Parts: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships from our warehouse.
  • Custom Parts: Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be canceled because raw materials and manufacturing costs have already been spent.
